Selection of Plot

The selection of the land is the initial stage and is very crucial as it is like the starting of anything. If you get a good one, you are lucky, if you are not then the problems start prevailing. So if you are going to buy a new land/property, make sure you do under guidance. If you get a wrong plot and without any consultation start construction then it will be a invitation for all sorts of problems like financial problem, health problem, worries, sorrows. Make sure you do not invite such inexplicable problems.

Also offer a ghee Lamp and incense stick to tulsi आज का सुझाव - घर में तुलसी का पौधा लगाएं और प्रतिदिन प्रार्थना करते हुए उसे पानी दें। साथ ही तुलसी को घी का दीपक और अगरबत्ती अर्पित करें। 3.= Tip of the day - before the land its shape and angles must be duly examined by the learned vastu expert आज का सुझाव - जमीन खरीदने से पहले, वास्तु विशेषज्ञ द्वारा उसके आकार और कोणों की विधिवत जांच अवश्य करवा लें। 4.=Tip of the day-Head of bed should be in the south when the age is below 50 and when above 50 it should be east facing. आज की सलाह- 50 वर्ष से कम आयु के व्यक्ति के लिए बिस्तर का सिरहाना दक्षिण दिशा में होना चाहिए और 50 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के व्यक्ति के लिए यह पूर्व दिशा की ओर होना चाहिए। 5.= tip of the day - The main gate and main door should be kept in the east or north direction of commercial complex as far as possible. आज का सुझाव - व्यावसायिक परिसर का मुख्य द्वार और मुख्य दरवाजा यथासंभव पूर्व या उत्तर दिशा में रखा जाना चाहिए।
